Yes, I'm ready... what do I do now?
Parents seeking admission should complete the following steps:
Step 1: Schedule a tour and interview on campus (required before applying).
Step 2: Submit the application for admission, including:

- Create a FACTS Family Portal account. (necessary to access application)
- Complete the application for enrollment.
- Pay the $50 non-refundable application fee and submit the following:
- A copy of the student’s birth certificate (mother’s copy not acceptable)
- A pastoral recommendation
- A recent photo of the student
- Copies of the student’s most recent report card or transcript
Step 3: Receive your welcome letter within 7 to 10 days, if accepted.
Step 4: Create FACTS tuition account and select your payment plan.

All new students are accepted on a conditional basis for the first semester to ensure that they and their family are committed to the Academy's mission and academic/behavioral standards.

Admission requirements
Proof of age
- Kindergarten students must be five (5) years old on or before August 15.
- All students must submit a state-issued birth certificate. Copy must be on file in the academy office.
Tennessee Child Health Record
For Kindergarten
- Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis (DTaP, or DT if appropriate)
- Hepatitis B (HBV)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella – two doses of each, usually given together as MMR
- Poliomyelitis (IPV or OPV) – final dose on or after the 4th birthday
- Varicella – two doses or history of disease (chickenpox)
- Hepatitis A (HAV) – total of two doses, spaced at least six months apart (required 7/11)
For 7th grade
- Tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis booster (Tdap) – not required if a Td booster dose, given less than five years before seventh grade entry, is recorded on the DTaP/Td line
- Verification of immunity to varicella – two doses or history of disease (chickenpox)
For new enrollees in a Tennessee school in grades other than kindergarten or seventh:
- Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis (DTaP, or DT if appropriate)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella – two doses of each, usually given together as MMR
- Poliomyelitis (IPV or OPV) – final dose on or after the 4th birthday

Immunizations may be obtained from a family physician or the county health department. All immunizations must be recorded on a Tennessee Department of Health Certificate of Immunization. Students who do not have all required immunizations (or certified exemptions) may not attend class without a temporary certificate issued by a healthcare provider.
